JEFF YOAK

Principal

Jeff Yoak is a 25-year technology veteran with leadership roles in engineering, product and project membership, acting as CTO of organizations with a focus in ad tech, eCommerce, physical fulfillment and machine learning.

Jeff has consulted with companies across many different verticals from domain name registrars to real estate companies, with a focus on building and leading strong teams and helping to engineer iterative processes that maximize leverage of technology to accomplish business objectives.

As companies grow, different models of organization, work and even technology utilization are required. Jeff’s experience ranges from startups with fewer than a dozen people, through mid-sized and mature companies managing teams of over one hundred, and he has specialized in learning and optimizing the patterns that emerge in transitioning through these stages.

Jeff brings expertise both in guiding organizations through several of these transitions during fast growth, and in joining organizations at key times to aid in addressing challenges that emerge at key moments.
